Look For: Student Thinking

Front: Students' understanding of concepts becomes clearer when given the opportunity to "show" their thinking in different ways. Making student thinking visible informs both the student experience and teaching practice.

Back: Do students have opportunities to explain their thinking verbally, in writing, or through drawings? Is the teacher prompting students to identify the CS concept they are using and how? Is there time for students to reflect at the end of the lesson?
