CS Implementation Planning

Front: Administrators should be encouraged to create an overall plan for CS. Involving school administrators with high level decision making and keeping them informed helps them create a school culture that supports and sustains CS.

Back: At an initial meeting (or series of meetings), co-design a written implementation plan with administrators and school appointed leaders. Be sure to give and solicit feedback about pacing, sequencing, availability of devices, and ongoing school initiatives or curricular roadmaps. Provide regular updates on CS implementation and progress towards any school-wide goals. Share successes with the school community.
