Teacher Goals

Front: Clear goals help both coaches and teachers gauge their understanding and promote growth in their teacher's learning.

Back: Have the teacher self-assess their growth toward any existing goals. After reflecting on the lesson, ask the teacher what areas for growth they want to focus next time and/or together review the teacher standards to pick goals to focus on over time.
