Front: Support the teacher in creating a personalized plan for professional learning. The field of CS education continues to evolve. Teachers of all experience levels must continue to develop their practice. All teachers should have a professional learning plan against which they check their own journey.

Back: Use the CSTA teacher standards as a resource to help teachers see areas for growth to plan professional learning. Expose teachers to external opportunities including conferences, communities of practice, workshops, books, and research opportunities.
