Brainstorming

Front: Working out problems or building ideas together leads to creative solutions and nourishes a collaborative relationship.

Back: Identify an area of the lesson delivered, or classroom scenario to revise and improve. Collaboratively jot down ideas of possible solutions. Purposefully hold back on sharing ideas until the teacher has shared a few. Then add on to the teacher's ideas. Finally choose a solution and make a plan to test the solution during the next lesson.
