Front: Understanding the teachers' perspective is important to a collaborative coaching relationship.

Back: Listen to teachers reflect on how the CS lesson went. Encourage them to expand on these thoughts by asking clarifying questions, or prompting them to describe with a bit more detail, or provide an example. Validate their perspective by paraphrasing what they've said.
