Student Impact

Front: While coaches may not work directly with students, their ultimate goal is to positively impact student learning and well-being through improved teacher practice. Student learning and growth is a priority for educators. The outcome of any support and development work must have students' best interests at the center.

Back: Pay attention to student impact and incorporate student learning data into your coaching practice. Collect anecdotes of individual student impact and survey impact across groups.
