Front: Coaching requires the ability to learn from and adjust to different perspectives, personalities, cultures, and logistics. Creativity encourages the development of new solutions and leverages a customizable approach to coaching.

Back: CS education is still a relatively new and developing field. The "right" solution, lesson, curriculum, or practice may not exist, so look outside of the CS education field if necessary. Integrate ideas from different curricula. Be open to inspiration even from the least expected sources.
