Frame feedback objectively:

• Describe specific moments without judgment
• "At 9:15, I noticed that when you asked the question about loops, three students raised their hands, but the table by the window seemed confused."

Ask before telling:

• "Can I share what I noticed about that moment?"
• "I'm curious about your perspective on..."

Use "The Teacher's Perspective":

• Before stating what you saw, ask how they experienced it
• "I noticed you spent most of your time with the front groups. What was happening for you?"
