1. Review the Coaching Implementation Plan developed with school leadership

2. Gather background information:

- Teacher's experience level with CS

- Grade level and class size

- Available technology resources

- Any prior CS curriculum or exposure

3. Prepare your coaching goals that build toward school-wide goals

4. Bring relevant resources:

- Sample lessons or curriculum materials

- CS standards (CSTA, state standards)

- This coaching toolkit
