The Teacher's "Why"

Front: Coaching relationships and plans should be informed by a teacher's motivation for teaching, and the inspiration to add CS to their classroom.

Back: Develop a set of questions to learn about their journey to the teaching profession. Meet with the teacher to learn more about them. Take notes as you listen. Ask the teacher why they are teaching CS? Ask a follow up question to understand if they feel motivated or pressured to teach CS. Show compassion for the demands placed on teachers and partner with them.
